DIY Inspiration: Skeletor Belt by Delfina Delettrez. $3,996 and yes it’s sterling silver, but I knew I should have picked up some of those Dollar Store skeleton hands last year (and then spray painted them silver!). Filing under Halloween. From couturelab here.

Dollar store photo albums… Turn them into flashcard fun! Easy to write and wipe, just insert what you are working on. You could even just insert white paper and have them work on writing sight words, so many ways to use them!

OK. So the bikini attempt has started.. I made a pattern so I could better judge where I wanted my waistline to be.. So I took a pair of underwear that I rarely wear but had a nice leg opening… And I cut along the sides of my undies and to begin my pattern.. I traced it, cut it our and then trimmed off the excess at the top so the sides lined up properly.. The bottom two pictures is the pattern from the front and the back. Next to go pick out material! :)
So I am going to make one because they are REALLY expensive…. My sewing machine is on the fritz now (it started smoking…) but I am going to work this out. I will start posting as soon as I can! :)
